Our cellular structure modifies to accommodate more of the neuropeptide associated with an emotion, it's a vicious cycle you must break if it is an emotion causing self-harm. If you find yourself experiencing overwhelming emotion for an extended period of time, recognize it, acknowledge it, and develop your specific plan to break the behavior cycle.
Our thoughts are impacting our health at the structural cellular level throughout our body, clearly identifying our need to proactively engage in strategic patterned use of energy intentions to sustain a strong flow of SoZoKi.

A tired person is not functioning on all of their cylinders and thus usually
is an unhappy person.
And unhappy people unwittingly invite negative encounters.
We intuit in the Sacral Chakra and then see in totality with the Third Eye Chakra when energy is freely flowing to and through the body's energy system.

Just as the Root Chakra is swirling below what is often identified at the trunk of our body, the Crown Chakra is swirling above our head. The Crown Chakra attaches us to SoZoKi, sustaining the energy flow when the chakras are open and functioning freely.
As energy exits the Crown, it circles back to the Root in a continuous cycle of spirit and sense.
