 Using 45 years of Western-based Nursing and 25 years of Eastern Energy practice experiences I created assessment tools and a step-by-step process, allowing you to identify your strengths, weaknesses and barriers related to the health of your physical and energy bodies.  


The Ésprit with SoZoKi Six-Step process allows you to develop your personal energy self-practice based on data you develop about your life.  


 Understanding the importance of education, creation of an effective way to learn, assess personal data to create your self-practice and take care of your mind and body, was the motivation for this technique.
